Welcome to the travelling camera club forums, were we talk about stuff! feel free to introduce yourself! p.s hi I'm Phil I'm not always stand offish But I never really did get round to writing a proper profile for myself so here goes! I'm a 24 year old brit (born on christmas day) living in the northwest of England but over the past couple of years I've lived on and off in Canada, specifically Regina Saskatchewan, those of you that know where it is are probably wondering why I went there and the rest havent heard of it, but in terms of population its a tiny province that hovers around a million people thats known for its 365 degree skylines because its perfectly flat. I went out there on an exchange program and made some amazing friends and just wanted to keep going back. I'm obbessed with the internet, youtube and new media and I'm a big fan of reading, I love history and of course technology. I'm also into film making and photography! what about you guys!

Hey Brook here, this really is a great idea, it will show both geographical/cultural contrast and a great insight into the lives of different people. This whole concept is something i'm extremely passionate about being a filmmaker I hope to encapsulate this theme into my films. There seem to be very few UK members so I'll try to get my friends from around the country to contribute and maybe we can start a movement.

Hey guys hows it going?
first of all I'd really like to say welcome to the travelling camera club! and thank you for taking the time to check out the website and for signing up to the messageboard!
I'll be emailing all of about routes, its just I got a lot of emails and I'm going to London for a few days but I'll do my best to get things done.
In the mean time, feel free to hang out, introduce yourself and feel free to show off your work!
Hey Brook, we actually got quite a few UK people signing up and we've had a fair few in the past (I'm also uk based and trying to move to london) but anything you can do to spread the word about would be grstly appricated! if we could start a movment that would be insanely awesome!
lollie124, thanks I just wish I'd come up with it, the travelling camera club was a project that evolved out of another messageboard I'm a member of, threadless.com and I sort of ended up as the main organiser!
lauraglitter I'll be sending you an email pretty soon to help you sign up.

Hi guys, what's up!
I'm Kees, 17 year old video editor from the Netherlands. Some of my stuff: keeson.tumblr.com and youtube.com/keesvdijkhuizen . I love photography and this is a fantastic idea. I think it's criminal how little we know from each other in this world even though we're constantly in contact via stuff like internet, TV and mobile phones. This project is a great way to give a little more perspective!!

welcome to the travelling camera club, I'm really looking forward to checking out more of your stuff (I had a quick look at the video series of wes anderson), I wish I was as good an editor now as you are at 17.

Hi all! I'm Kaity. I met Phil when I was studying abroad at York St. John uni a few years ago. He's awesome, so is this project. I'm so happy to be part of it!
I love art and am currently working on my MA in Art History in Philadelphia. Philadelphia is great since I'm also a history nerd. I also enjoy photography and taking pictures of the cities I live in and the people I meet.

Hey everyone, I'm Julia and I'm wicked pumped to get started on another round with you all! I'm 19 and a student at a small college in Virginia studying for my Major in Environmental Science with Minors in French and International Relations. I'm from New Hampshire and I'm pretty new to photography, especially with a disposable camera, so any tips would be awesome and much appreciated!
